Frequently Asked Questions:

What is OSP?
LCSD is introducing a new way to pay: Online School Payments (OSP)! While we still accept cash and *check payments, OSP provides a convenient and efficient option you can use anytime from the comfort of your home.

How does it work?
Click the button above or find the OSP button on our homepage to access the ILIS Storefront. Here, you can select items to purchase or pay for, such as field trips, performances, class fees, and more.

Can you make purchases for any school on this website?
Yes! If you have students at multiple LCSD schools, you can toggle between schools in the menu. However, if you use the button above or the link on our homepage, it will default to the ILIS Storefront.

What does it cost to pay online?
Please note: there is a 4% processing fee for credit card payments. To avoid fees, you can send cash or a *check with your student. All credit card payments in the office or over the phone will also have the 4% fee applied.

*If paying by check, it must have a South Carolina address. Additionally, please include your driver’s license number on the check, or it cannot be accepted.

Is the website easy to use?
Yes! OSP is designed to be user-friendly. The first time you use it, you’ll need to create an account and add your students from any LCSD school. After that, simply log in and make your payment as needed.

Will I still receive paper receipts?
No, paper receipts will no longer be issued. Regardless of your payment method—OSP, *check, or cash—receipts will be emailed to you.

Anything else I should know?
You may see QR codes shared by ILIS or the district. QR codes from ILIS will direct you to the storefront rather than a specific item or event, so please ensure you select the correct item before making a payment. District QR codes may lead directly to a specific purchase option.

I still need help- this is a lot to figure out!
If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to our Bookkeeper Carol Romanelli HERE.

REMINDER: *If you are paying with a check, it must be a check with a South Carolina address on it. Additionally, please add your DL# on the check or else it cannot be accepted.
