The MUSC Vax Van will be here on April 28th (time TBA) to give Tdap and HPV vaccines only. It is ONLY for students with Medicaid or uninsured.
Pleaes remember that all rising 7th grade students must have a documented Tdap vaccine after the age of 10. Informaton is attached for all the languages.
All consent forms must be turned into the school nurse, Leslie Plyer, by April 17th. Will not accept ANY after that date.
