Hello Warrior Families,
We are excited to welcome you to the building on Friday, August 8th. You will be able to choose from any of the four 1-hour sessions.
🕒8:00-9:00am
🕒9:30-10:30am
🕒2:30-3:30pm
🕒4:00-5:00pm
You will report to your student's homeroom class for a short presentation, and then you will have the opportunity to walk the building and meet the other staff members. As with every school event, we will be following the LCSD Clear Bag Policy, as well as have our metal detectors set up.
5th Grade Orientation:
We invite all of our 5th graders to join us for 5th Grade Orientation Day! It is an optional day for your child to come see the building, meet their teachers and classmates, and walk their schedules before the “real” first day of school! They are welcome to bring in their supplies, as well.
It's VERY important you provide them with a copy of their schedule, so please print it out and send them to school with it. Parents can either drop off/pick up their students in the car rider line, or if you've signed up for the bus for the 25/26 school year, they will be able to take the bus. More information on the bus schedule will come soon.
If your student can't make it- don't worry! It will be "all hands on deck" the first week of school to help our students find their way around campus. They'll be in good hands as they transition to ILIS. We look forward to meeting your kids and having them join the ILIS family!

Bus requests for the 2025-2026 school year can be made when you update your child's information in Parent Portal of PowerSchool. If you have any questions on accessing this site, contact our PowerSchool Department at 803-286-6972.
